В Бодруме создадут гастрономическую академию

В Бодруме (провинция Мугла) будет создана гастрономическая академия, церемония подписания протокола о ее создании уже состоялась.

Академия будет исследовательским и образовательным центром. Там будут обучать приготовлению уникальных блюд из морепродуктов, сладостей и т.д., которые делают только в этом регионе. Также в академии будут изучать традиционные блюда, находить их рецепты, пробовать, создавать на их основе новые, уникальные вкусы.

"Гастрономия - важная часть туризма. У нас есть чем гордиться, например, наши рыбные рестораны известны на весь мир. Мы будем развивать это направление и готовить новых специалистов, будем изучать традиционные блюда, " - заявил мэр Бодрума Ахмет Арас.
