Иностранцы скупают жилье на Черноморском побережье Турции

Иностранные граждане стали проявлять больше интереса к востоку страны. Если раньше покупать квартиры и виллы иностранцы предпочитали на Средиземноморском побережье, то теперь достаточно часто покупают недвижимость и на побережье Черноморском.

Так, только за прошлый год на Черноморском побережье было куплено объектов недвижимости на 155% больше, чем за 2016 год. Наибольшей популярностью пользуются провинции Артвин, Трабзон и Гиресун.

По мнению аналитиков, связано это с тем, что данные территории стали активно рекламировать, иностранные граждане больше узнали о них, найдя их инвестиционно привлекательными. Впрочем, пока спрос на недвижимость на Средиземноморье все равно превышает спрос на недвижимость на побережье Черного моря.
