Между Турцией и Канадой был подписан меморандум о создании JETCO — совместной экономической и торговой комиссии. Главная цель договора — повышение участия частного сектора в развитии торгового сотрудничества. Также, меморандум будет способствовать росту инвестиций как турецких в Канаду, так и канадских в Турцию.

Как заявляет министр торговли Турции Рухсар Пекджан, меморандум поможет открыть новые возможности для бизнесменов обеих стран. Отметим, что в ближайшее время планируется, что Турция и Канада подпишут соглашение о зоне свободной торговли, что еще больше укрепит торговые связи между странами.
