Новая цель в продаже жилья иностранцам в Турции

Президент Ассоциации продвижения недвижимости за рубежом (GIGDER) Омар Акбал озвучил новую цель в продаже жилья в Турции иностранцам. По словам Акбала, к 2025 году гражданам других государств в Турции будет продаваться жилья на 20 миллиардов долларов в год.

Отметим, что по итогам прошлого года иностранцам было продано недвижимости на 6 миллиардов долларов. Сейчас составлен Стратегический план по увеличению продаж недвижимости в Турции. Подробнее о нем вы можете узнать тут.

Напомним, в состав руководства GIGDER входит и глава международного агентства по продажам недвижимости и застройщика в Турции, компании RestProperty, Нихат Туфан.
