Январь: в Алании спеет клубника

В турецкой Алании собирают урожай зимней клубники. Ягода поспевает несколько раз в год и очередной урожай как раз созревает в начале нового года.

В Алании основные хозяйства по выращиванию клубники находятся в Газипаше. Всего там более 8 тысяч гектаров, а ежегодно в Алании собирают больше 25 тонн ягод.

Клубнику покупают как на местном рынке (больше всего закупает Стамбул), так и на внешнем: аланийские ягоды экспортируются в Европу, Россию и Украину.

Кстати, согласно исследованиям специалистов, аланийская клубника считается самой сладкой и вкусной в Турции.

Выращивают клубнику в Алании, в основном, частные фермерские хозяйства.
